Our research suggests 50% of listed SaaS vendors make very basic errors, ‘catastrophic fails.’ In Part 1 of our G-Cloud Best Practice Guides read about how to fix them in time for GC9!

50% of listed SaaS vendors don’t stand a chance of EVER making a shortlist, let alone a sale because of these ‘catastrophic fails.’

 

In the first part of our G-Cloud Best Practice Guides read about how to fix them in time for G-Cloud 9!

 

These include:

  • Pricing information – 60% of vendors have their pricing wrong.
  • Terms and conditions – 50% of vendors with ZERO sales have non-compliant T&Cs
  • Issues with Lots – Many Lot 3 vendors with no sales didn’t explicitly offer services essential to deploying their solutions. There’s some confusion between the Lots, and – rather surprisingly – 12.5% of vendors with zero sales in our samples shouldn’t have been on G-Cloud at all.G-Cloud 9 will see welcome changes to Lots.
