  • Chris Farthing - CEO & Founder

    A former public and private sector procurement exec, I'm passionate about removing barriers to entry for tech and digital small to medium businesses wishing to sell (better!) to the UK Public Sector.

  • Ella Grant - Managing Director

    I’ve been helping tech suppliers partner with public sector since Jan 2017, and regularly speak at techUK events on social value and procurement. I’m AC’s Social Value Lead and Net Zero 2030 Champion.

  • Shelly Bennetts - Head of Delivery

    For over a decade I've worked in in-house bid teams across print management, digital comms and FM, in both public and private sectors. That experience shapes everything about how I lead the team here.

  • Chloe Baker - Framework Bid Manager (CF APMP)

    With a degree in English, Media and Cultural Studies and a background in marketing and communications, I support suppliers with framework applications, bid reviews and their public sector procurement.

  • Morgan Williams - Bid Manager (CF APMP)

    I've had a variety of roles in public sector and non-governmental organisations, and now bring this experience to helping clients write the best bids to ensure we have the best public services.

  • Nell Shotton - Bid Manager

    I have over 8 years’ experience winning bids in the private sector, now helping businesses succeed in the government space. I am passionate about creating smart bidding strategies to help our clients.

  • Ruth Headlam - Bid Executive

    Using my two history degrees and years of Bid Management experience, I look forward to continuing to help businesses obtain and retain business within the public sector.

  • Libby Harris - Framework Executive

    Framework Executive with 6 years’ experience in public and private sector bids, 4 of which has been in the IT industry.

  • Joseph Marsh - Framework Executive

    I joined Advice Cloud to get stuck into the world of public sector procurement, and there's always something new to learn. Away from work, I'm working towards my first novel.

  • George Higgins - Framework Executive

    After switching careers from academia to bids and frameworks, I now help clients navigate complex tech framework submissions and build the strongest case for winning public sector work.

  • Rebecca Wager - Framework Executive

    With 20 years' experience in bid and framework management, and now a Framework Executive at Advice Cloud, I support clients through the entire lifecycle of public sector framework submissions.

  • Sarah Turner - Head of Marketing

    With 20+ years in marketing, I lead our strategy and love testing new ideas, analysing data, and creating great experiences that make things easier for our clients and prospects.

  • Christina Smart - Campaign & Content Manager

    With a background in psychology, I lead our campaigns and thought leadership strategy - translating expertise into stories that connect with the right audiences.

  • Kamla Braithwaite - Account Manager

    After a decade as a Judicial Researcher in Trinidad and Tobago, I joined Advice Cloud's Client Delivery Team. Now an Account Manager, I help clients implement their public sector priorities.

    With over a decade in sales, I know the best conversations are about understanding what someone actually needs. I lead on new business, and aim to give you the best first impression of Advice Cloud.

  • Sarah Hinchliffe

    Sarah has worked in the tech industry for 40 years starting as a salesperson and rising to a sales director. She now advises SMEs on how to develop their business for success in the public sector.

  • Tony Singleton OBE

    Tony was at the fore of setting up G-Cloud, as well as previously being the Chief Operating Officer for Directgov and also at the Government Digital Service. Twice in the top 50 influential in UK IT.

    Maureen Gore

    Maureen has 24 years of public sector commercial experience – with the Home Office, Education, DHSC, MHCLG, BBC (created the BBC Digital framework), and others.

  • Deepesh Mistry

    A seasoned commercial leader with 25+ years across sales, channel, distribution and client-side roles, delivering critical programmes at global scale.
