What is an Intelligent Automation Software Solution?
Basically, it’s any solution that helps cover automation. Also including digital solutions, robotics (such as robotic workers, chat bots) or even Machine Learning. It is quite a broad category, in all fairness!
In the context of this opportunity though, it covers all of the above, as long as it can support YPO’s outcomes itself, the public sector and its organisations in delivering beneficial public services. Their stance on the included scope/tech is that it should come in the form of a SaaS-based solution.

When is the framework due?
YPO have outlined a date of 3rd May 2021 for the publication of a Contract Notice related to the original PIN. This means that supplier applications should begin from this date for a relevant framework. However, as they’re also procuring the technology internally to help their own needs, this date may be related to this. Rather than a strict date of an ITT release for the framework.
