Announcing our Client and Partner Day 2019
We are thrilled to announce our annual Client and Partner day. Even bigger and better this year!

Last year’s speakers left to right: Tony Singleton, Julia Beresford, Christina Hammond-Aziz and Chris Farthing
Our Client and Partner Day will be taking place on the 24th January 2019, 1:30pm-5:30pm at Thomas House in London. This is an exclusive event aimed at bringing together our clients and friends with some of the movers and shakers in public sector digital transformation.
As is tradition, the session will be chaired by our Strategic Adviser and public sector veteran Jos Creese. It is promising to be another insightful event, where our clients and partners will be able to gain useful tips and advice from the industry leaders and even have an opportunity to get their voice heard. With over 65% of our clients being SME’s, we are sure to hear new ideas and examples of innovative technologies that will help deliver public sector services.
The line-up is stellar:
Antony Collard
Director of Architecture and Innovation at HMRC
With over 25 years leading large Digital Organisations, Operational customer facing units, Transformational Programmes and Process Change, Antony has a lot to share. He currently heads the newly developed Architecture and Innovation area at HMRC. He has helped a number of small SMEs engage with HMRC.
Emilia Cedeno
Commercial Agreement Manager at Crown Commercial Services (CCS) and the lead on the Digital Outcomes and Specialist Framework.
Emilia (or the Queen of Procurement as she is known on Twitter) is one of the superstars at CCS. Under her wing, this year we saw the launch of UK digital buying community, aimed at bringing together govtech buyers and raising awareness around frameworks. Since most of our clients are on Digital Marketplace frameworks, we are sure Emilia’s input will be of high value.
Nicola Graham
President of Socitm and Head of ICT at Aberdeenshire Council
Nicola is certainly one of the leaders of digital transformation. Her work at Aberdeenshire Council has seen the local authority become one of the first Scottish local authorities to fully embrace a ‘cloud-based’ service management tool for ICT delivery. Her role and leadership in the space has been recently recognised through a new role: President of SOCITM.
Commander Simon Bray
Specialist Operations at the Metropolitan Police
As many of our clients are focusing their efforts on the Policing market, having a prominent speaker from that space was a must. Commander Simon Bray from the Met knows the policing landscape inside and out! He will be sharing his top tips on engaging with police departments. As we always say, the key to selling to public sector is knowing your buyer.
As usual, we will have Chatham house rules in place. We want this to be an open space for suppliers and those at the forefront of digital transformation to discuss how they can work together to deliver technology enabled public sector services.
We will be publishing full speaker profiles and some insightful interviews in the next few days so keep an eye out for that!
