Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is in the early stages of developing Network Services 4 (NS4), the next iteration of the telecom and network procurement framework.

If your organisation delivers connectivity, communications, or related services to the public sector, this is your chance to shape what comes next.

Why NS4 Matters

Network Services 3 has been widely used across government departments, NHS Trusts, local authorities and more. It’s the primary route for procuring everything from mobile and fixed-line services to unified comms and connectivity infrastructure.

CCS is currently gathering supplier input to shape NS4. This feedback will help ensure the framework reflects real market needs and supports suppliers of all sizes in accessing public sector opportunities.

Have Your Say

CCS has launched a short supplier engagement survey to gather your feedback on scope, structure, and commercial models for the new framework.

Whether you’ve supplied through the Network Services framework in the past, or are considering applying for the first time once NS4 comes around, this is an opportunity to make sure your voice is heard.

We’ll be monitoring NS4 developments closely and plan to share more guidance later this year on how to prepare. If you’d like to discuss your public sector strategy or navigating upcoming frameworks like NS4, feel free to get in touch here.
