We’re delighted to share that Advice Cloud has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 by Great Place To Work UK.

This year, 350 organisations made the list, and we’re proud to be ranked 87th in the Small Companies category.

For us, recognition like this is about more than a badge. It reflects how our team experiences working here day-to-day, as the rankings are based on confidential feedback from employees about trust, leadership and workplace culture.

Why this recognition means so much

At Advice Cloud, creating a workplace where people feel supported, valued and able to do their best work has always been important to us.

Over the past few years, we’ve introduced a range of initiatives designed to support our team’s wellbeing, development and work-life balance. These include:

  • A permanent four-day working week, introduced after a successful trial
  • Learning and development opportunities, including team-wide training and professional certifications
  • Flexible working and work-from-home support
  • Health and wellbeing initiatives, shaped with input from our team

These initiatives, alongside the everyday support colleagues offer each other, help create a workplace where people feel comfortable being themselves and contributing their ideas.

“At Great Place To Work our mission is to help every workplace become a great place to work for all. We wholeheartedly endorse that what’s ‘better for business’ aligns with what’s ‘better for people,’ ultimately contributing to a better world For All™”, said Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work UK.

“Year after year, it’s truly inspiring to witness a growing number of organisations earn a spot on our UK’s Best Workplaces List. We’ve seen an increase yet again in Trust Index™ scores which means the bar has been raised and this accreditation is a significant and tremendous accomplishment. The UK’s Best Workplaces excel in creating consistently great experiences for all employees through fostering high levels of trust, pride and camaraderie to fuel increased organisational performance. These crucial elements collectively contribute to creating cultures where employees feel they can truly be themselves and thrive in a supportive and caring environment. Congratulations to Advice Cloud for achieving a place on our 2026 UK’s Best Workplaces List.”

A culture built on trust and collaboration

To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces List, Great Place To Work analysed confidential employee survey feedback on trust and reaching their full human potential, as well as employees’ experiences of innovation, company values, and leadership effectiveness across departments and seniority levels. They then used these data insights to benchmark the effectiveness of companies’ employee value propositions against the culture their employees actually experience. Only those businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces status.

One of the things we’re most proud of is the collaborative culture across the business. Whether we’re supporting suppliers navigating complex public sector procurement processes or working together internally on new initiatives, trust and teamwork are central to how we operate.

At Advice Cloud, we’ve always believed that trust and transparency is the foundation of everything, and that leading by example is a shared responsibility, from leadership to every person in the business. Being named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in 2026 is a proud reflection of the culture our team has built together, and the best is still to come.

Ella Grant, MD

Feedback from our team continues to highlight the opportunities for development, autonomy in their roles, and the supportive environment we’ve created together.

What our team told us

One of the reasons this recognition means so much is that it’s based on feedback directly from our team.

This year’s results highlighted several areas where Advice Cloud scored particularly strongly against the UK Best Workplaces benchmark for small companies.

We were especially proud to see 100% of our team agree that we have special and unique benefits, and 100% say they are offered training or development to further themselves professionally.

I’ve worked here for 18 months and I’ve never felt more supported and cared for by all members of the company, especially in management. Usually workplaces see you as a number or a cog in the machine. It’s so refreshing that I work in an environment where growth is encouraged, support is genuine and laughs are many.

Ruth Headlam, Bid and Framework Executive

For us, these results reflect the culture we’ve worked hard to build – one where people feel supported, recognised and given opportunities to grow.

How our culture is evolving

Alongside strong overall results, this year’s survey also highlighted some significant improvements compared with our previous results.

Company culture isn’t a bunch of words on a wall, it’s how people feel on a Sunday night.

Sarah Turner, Head of Marketing

In particular, more members of our team said they feel they make a difference at Advice Cloud, with scores rising from 70% to 92%.

We also saw a similar improvement in how employees feel about sharing in the organisation’s success, with 92% saying they receive a fair share of the profits made by the organisation, up from 70% in the previous survey.

Collaboration and openness across the business also scored highly. This year:

  • 100% said it is easy to collaborate with colleagues across teams (up from 80%)
  • 100% said people quickly adapt to the changes needed for our organisation’s success (up from 80%)
  • 100% said we openly share feedback to help us get better (up from 80%)

These improvements reflect the ongoing work we’ve been doing to strengthen communication, collaboration and transparency across the business.

Looking Ahead

This award is our third from Great Place To Work over the past 12 months, following our inclusion in the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development™ 2025 and UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ 2025 lists.

We’re incredibly proud of this recognition, but we also see it as a reminder to keep building on what we’ve started.

Over the coming years, we’ll continue focusing on developing our team, strengthening our culture and progressing towards becoming an Employee-Owned Trust by 2030.

A huge thank you to everyone at Advice Cloud for making this such a great place to work.
