After much market engagement and a few delays CCS have finally published the OJEU for the second iteration of the Network Services framework. NS2 will provide public sector buyers with access to networks and telecommunications related services.

What you need to know about NS2
- All new CCS agreements are now using the Public Sector Contract, so start reading!
- This framework is labour intensive so be sure to clear your diary and have the right people on hand to help.
- NS2 is a restricted supplier framework so there will be a cap of the number of suppliers in each Lot.
- Limits of liability have increased for this iteration from £500k to £1m.
