What you will learn
What we will cover
Where TePAS 3 stands right now
GCA’s valuation has doubled to £20bn, and its preliminary market engagement notice puts the tender at 31st January 2027 at the latest. We’ll cover what’s confirmed, what’s still proposed, and what came out of GCA’s supplier briefings on 24th November and 2nd December.
What the requirements are likely to be
GCA has told suppliers to work from TePAS 2’s requirements until the tender documents say otherwise. We’ll cover what those asked for, including Cyber Essentials, ISO certifications and a Carbon Reduction Plan, how long each takes, and how to check where you stand.
How to build a competitive application
Meeting the minimum requirements gets your bid scored. We’ll cover what separates a strong submission from a weak one, and where suppliers most commonly lose marks.
Why timing matters
TePAS 3 will have one application window. We’ll cover why certifications and evidence take longer than people expect, and why waiting for the tender documents is already later than it looks.

Frequently asked questions
Who is this webinar for?
Technology suppliers selling, or planning to sell, hardware, software and associated services into the UK public sector. Whether you’re on TePAS 2 already or new to frameworks, you’ll leave with a clear picture of what’s involved.
Do I need to be on TePAS 2 to apply for TePAS 3?
No. TePAS 2 suppliers aren’t carried across automatically, so every supplier has to bid and qualify.
Will the tender documents be out by then?
No, GCA expects to publish the tender notice by 31st January 2027, so the session draws on its market engagement notice and TePAS 2’s requirements. We’ll be clear about what’s confirmed and what isn’t.
Will there be a recording?
Yes. All registrants will receive the recording after the session, whether you attend live or not. We’d recommend joining live if you can, as the Q&A is your chance to put your questions directly to our team. If you can’t be there, ask your question beforehand using the comment box in the registration form above.
How long is the session?
45 minutes: 11:00am-11:45am GMT on Monday 7th December.
Is it free?
Completely free, no obligation. We run these sessions because we believe better-informed suppliers lead to better outcomes for the public sector.
