CCS’s Media Monitoring framework is an agreement for media monitoring and associated services. With a focus on technology and services that can monitor and analyse media coverage (such as social media and broadcast) and that can effectively evaluate communication campaigns.
The framework is currently still in market and customer engagement, but the provisional timeline has been posted by CCS:
