What is the Technology Online Purchasing Content framework?
The newly announced - and now open for applications - Technology Online Purchasing Content framework is a great opportunity for suppliers. Here we explain why.
Technology Online Purchasing Content is one of the new frameworks on the block. With a lot of different routes to the public sector market opening up this summer – make sure to keep an eye out! – this one is all about making things easier. Crown Commercial Service have stated that the framework has been introduced after getting feedback from suppliers on Technology Products and Associated Services (RM6068) where the demand for direct award routes was raised.
So, they’ve announced that this framework will be a catalogue with the potential of buyers using direct award! And put that alongside an estimated contract value of £500m – this could be a good one for suppliers and buyers alike.
