Throughout these three videos, Lindsay raises the importance of looking at the marketing in your G-Cloud strategy and making sure it’s up to scratch. With now over £4.36bn going through the framework, having a solid marketing strategy is a great way to boost your chances of making sales.
Part 1 – Focus
In the first video in the series, ‘Focus’, Lindsay covers why suppliers need to make sure they’re targeting the correct potential buyers, what understanding buyers’ motives can do to improve your strategy, and also why it is essential to not waste time and efforts on unlikely prospects.
Part 2 – Completeness
In Part 2, Lindsay covers ‘Completeness’. This short video explains what public sector buyers are looking for in your G-Cloud listing, the importance of making sure your website and listing work alongside each other in your strategy, and how the process for buyers has an impact on how you market to them.
Part 3 – Get Marketing!
