[Event] Winning with DOS
We are pleased to announce a brand new course delivered in partnership with techUK: Winning with Digital Outcomes and Specialists.
Motivated by the success of our Winning with G-Cloud training course, we have yet again teamed up with techUK to deliver what will be another five-star rated course. This time the plan is to help suppliers listed on the Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework win government business.
A version of this course has already been delivered to our Advice Cloud clients with resounding success. Triad Group Plc. wanted to make the Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework a success. With Advice Cloud’s help they were shortlisted for 13 out of 16 opportunities and won several millions with a key client. You can read about their experience in our Triad case study.
The courses will be led by Sarah Hinchliffe from i4 Sales Performance. Sarah will be bringing along her extensive knowledge of sales and proposal best practice, along with her thirty-year experience of working with companies selling software and services to the public sector.
To start with, we will be running two courses tailored to cater to specific supplier needs on DOS:
- Half day training course on Friday 31st May 2019 – 9:30am until 1pm
– This course is aimed at suppliers who are looking to optimise their responses to the first stage of a DOS opportunity. The course will give you a good overview of how to make the most of the DOS framework and in particular how to push your bids through the Selection (shortlisting) phase.
- Full day training course on Friday 14th June 2019 – 9:30am until 5pm
– Designed for those suppliers who are looking for a more in-depth view of bidding on DOS, this course covers how to respond to both stages of a DOS opportunity successfully. During the day suppliers will get a chance to dive into their DOS bidding strategy and learn how to write bids that sail though the evaluation.
Both courses will also include best practices on selling on DOS, overview of benefits of selling though the framework and insight into how DOS can play a big part in your business development strategy.
We hope to see you there!
