Digital Outcomes and Specialists 3 application timetable
Good news, applications for Digital Outcomes and Specialists 3 is now open!
In case you didn’t know, the government’s Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework, like G-Cloud, also resides on the Digital Marketplace. However, rather than buyers searching for suppliers, buyers post tenders and suppliers search and apply for those that are applicable. The tenders are aimed at appointing digital teams or individuals to compliment public sector internal teams in delivering agile digital services.
Digital Outcomes and Specialists has 4 Lots:
Digital Outcomes – for suppliers looking to build teams and support a digital service.
Digital Specialists -for suppliers who can provide individual specialists to work on a service or programme.
User Research Studios – to provide facilities for researchers or participants to work in.
User Research Participants – for suppliers who can recruit user research participants with a range of experience.

Changes in Digital Outcomes and Specialists 3
As suspected, we discovered no big changes between the second and the third DOS framework iteration. From what we can see the only notable difference is in Lot 2 Specialists. Lot 2 now has the addition of the following job roles:
- Data architect
- Data engineer
- Data scientist
If you want more information on what DOS3 might look like, on the 2nd August we are teaming up with dxw, techUK and CCS to host a Digital Outcomes and Specialist supplier briefing. Book your spot below.
