3. G-Cloud First policy to be extended to all Public Sector

It worked so well for Central Government, why stop there?

 

 

4. All new technology frameworks to come under the Digital Marketplace

The Digital Marketplace is clearly much simpler, a lot of effort is being put into making it as user friendly as possible, why is CCS still starting frameworks necessitating 3 different platforms to apply?
