Advice Cloud have been supplying a range of Procurement related services on the G-Cloud framework since version iv. Our services are designed to support the Public Sector in any way they wish. From a per hour rate for ad-hoc support to leading on a highly sensitive cloud transformation procurement project. All our staff are at a minimum BPSS checked and we have access to Security Cleared (SC) professionals should you need. The services outlined below are what is listed currently under the G-Cloud 6 framework, we will be adding more services for G-Cloud 7 including Technical & Operational consultancy, Cloud Migration workshops (run by people who have actually migrated large systems, rather than theoretical consultants) and more.

Supplier Due Diligence

Supplier Due Diligence

One of the potential weaknesses of the G-Cloud process is that awards can be made with minimal supplier due diligence.

To mitigate the risks of choosing an unsuitable cloud service provider, Advice Cloud offer a suite of reports and appraisals to assist you in making sound procurement decisions.

We review the supplier’s finances, continuity processes, technology, security and contingency plans. We review their data protection policies and processes and investigate their reputation for customer service and satisfaction. We assess the appropriateness of the Service Level Agreements and assess how well their contract suits your project. We provide a detailed final report of our appraisal and recommend any necessary modifications to the contract and SLAs.

Service benefits:

  • Confidence in appointing a new supplier
  • Meeting the due diligence requirements for your organisation
  • Minimising your financial risk
  • Ensuring you have a suitable contract with no loopholes
  • Knowing that the service will meet the project goals
