Onboarding Processes

We aim to make on- and off-boarding as seamless and pain-free as possible. On receipt of a signed call off or letter of engagement an Advice Cloud administrator will contact you to arrange suitable times and dates for each engagement. All materials are prepared and sent to you in advance of our meetings. For on-site engagements your consultant will also contact you 48 hours in advance to make sure all the requirements are clear and to check if you have any questions.

When we work remotely (using Skype, WebEx, GoToMeeting, etc.) we will discuss and agree the appropriate platform and all invitations to a session will be sent at least 48 hours in advance.
